By accessing bilzera.com, customizer.bilzera.com, or placing an order with BilZera, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We sell ready-made oversize t-shirts and offer a custom print-on-demand service. Product images are representative; minor colour or print variations may occur due to screen settings and production processes. Custom orders are made to your specifications and may not be returnable unless defective — see our Return & Refund Policy.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. We accept Cash on Delivery (storefront only) and online payments via approved payment gateways. An order is confirmed once payment is received or verified (for COD, upon order placement). We reserve the right to cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud.

You are responsible for reviewing your custom design, size selection, and delivery details before checkout. By submitting a custom design, you confirm that you own or have rights to use all uploaded content and that it does not infringe third-party intellectual property.BilZera may refuse orders containing offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material without notice.

Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or incorrect address details supplied by the customer.

Standard orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet processed. Custom-printed orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

All website content, branding, and original designs belonging to BilZera are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce our content without written permission. Custom designs you create remain your responsibility; you grant us a licence to produce and fulfil your order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BilZera is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faisalabad, Punjab.
