BilZera delivers across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. We ship to all major cities and towns. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

• Ready-made products: 1–2 business days to dispatch after order confirmation.
• Custom printed orders: 3–5 business days for printing, quality check, and dispatch.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

• Standard delivery fee applies to orders below PKR 3,000.
• Free delivery on orders of PKR 3,000 and above (storefront).
• Custom orders may include a separate delivery fee shown at checkout.
• Exact delivery charges are displayed before you confirm your order.

After dispatch, typical delivery times are:

• Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–4 business days
• Other cities: 3–7 business days

These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, weather, or local conditions beyond our control.

COD is available for ready-made storefront orders. Please keep the exact amount ready or ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel. Refused or unclaimed COD parcels may incur return shipping charges.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking information by email or WhatsApp. You can also track your order at bilzera.com/track using your order number and email.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-shipment may incur additional charges.
