Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from BilZera. This policy explains when returns, exchanges, and refunds are available for ready-made and custom orders.

2. Ready-Made Products

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • The item is defective or materially different from what was ordered.
  • You received the wrong size, colour, or product.

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and photos of the item. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping for non-defective items may be borne by the customer unless we made an error.

3. Custom Printed Orders

Custom t-shirts printed to your design, text, or uploaded artwork are made to order and generally not eligible for return or refund, except when:

  • The print is defective (peeling, misaligned, or faded due to production fault).
  • The wrong size or colour was sent due to our error.
  • The product arrived damaged in transit.

Please review your design preview carefully before placing a custom order. Colour variations between screen and print are normal and do not qualify as defects.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom printed products (unless defective or our error).
  • Items worn, washed, or altered after delivery.
  • Items returned after the 7-day window without prior approval.
  • Sale items marked as final sale (if applicable).

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Online payments: refunded via the payment gateway to your card or wallet.
  • COD orders: refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet — we will contact you for details.

6. Exchanges

Size exchanges are available for ready-made items subject to stock availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet in production. Custom orders enter production quickly and may not be cancellable once printing begins. Cancel via your account or our Track Order page.
